Why We Exist

The knowledge to help everyone in the world get fit already exists.

However, many people are not as fit as they wish they were. They may be intimidated by the industry or misled into thinking they can only be fit with time and money.

Our goal is to provide the guidance and tools for anyone to get fit and strong - one step at a time.

• Content & Education – Clear, friendly teaching around strength, mobility, and long-term fitness.

• Operations & Support – Systems, customer support, lifecycle, and the unglamorous things that keep everything running.

How We Think About Compensation

We aim to pay fairly and competitively for people who have outsized impact. We care a lot about aligning incentives over the long term, not squeezing on salary in the short term.
